The First Alumni Meet was conducted in the campus in the year 2004. Since then every year Alumni Meet is conducted in campus. Our students (the Alumni) have already done us proud. Our success story as an Institution of repute is also penned by our Alumni who have made it big and they are now pursuing glowing careers in highly reputed organizations in Private as well as Government sectors. Many of our alumni are presently posted in administrative services such as IFS, IAS, IPS, IES, IRS, PCS etc. while many other have excelled as successful entrepreneurs. Every year JSSATE, Noida arranges a get-together in-campus for its alumni so that they can share their experiences with their juniors and interact with faculty members. In year 2020, due to pandemic, a Global Alumni Meet was conducted on-line on 29th August 2020.
JSSATEN Alumni Association is now a registered society under section 21, 1860 with the UPRFSC bearing the registration number GBN/03996/2023-2024. It is registered from 16 September 2023 to 15 September 2028.
JSSATEN Alumni Association is formed with the following objectives:
- To establish and promote the spirit of engineering profession and esprit de corps camaraderie amongst the alumni and students/ faculty/ other staff of the Institute.
- To assist the Institute in building and evolving a vision for itself and aid the Institute in meeting its objectives.
- To build a membership database, list (in both electronic form and otherwise) for establishing and promoting communication amongst the alumni, within the alumni association and from alumni to the association and the Institute.
- To collect, expend and disburse funds to support innovation programmes, conferences and lectures, at the Institute and at such places as deemed appropriate by the association.
- To foster contact between JSS Academy of Technical Education Noida, industry, alumni and R & D organizations, other academic Institutions in India and abroad for assisting summer trainings, placements, curriculum delivery, pre-placement guidance, technical mentoring, project work facilitation etc. for the students.
- To undertake and promote technology transfer, publication of scientific and technical literature and other similar activities in conjunction with the Institute.
- To promote and execute research amongst the alumni by utilizing the available infrastructure facilities at the Institute, innovative ideas of students of the Academy and alumni.
- To help alumni achieve their professional goals.
- To help its members access library, laboratories, computational facilities and other similar facilities existing at the Institute and also creating and enhancing them at the Institute.
- To mobilize resources for supporting and fulfilling the aims and objective of the association.
- To communicate on regular basis with the members of the Alumni and the Academy keeping mutually informed the developments of the Alumni as well as the Academy.
- To encourage Alumni to act ambassadors of the Academy and assist in the further development of the Academy.
- To facilitate communication and interaction between alumni and senior students of the Academy and to assist students in planning their career.
- To institute scholarships, awards for meritorious students and financial aid to poor and deserving students of the Academy.
- To hold periodical alumni meetings at Local, Regional, National and International levels and at Academy and publish the activities of the society periodically.
