Learning is something that constantly happens inside, awakening the mental power; it raises the sights and insights. Education cannot be forced on the students but it has to be awakened as a desire. Knowledge brings wisdom that enables the person to act right in all kinds of situations in life. It is the balance of hard work and relaxation that brings out rainbow of creativity in the mind. Right mix of technology and conventional systems, flexible schedules, social community connect, strong employability focus by developing good corporate relationships, all leads to a top level intellectual capital workforce.

I firmly believe that academic standard, discipline and conduct sets forth the academic culture in an organization. Students of today should be trained to meet out all the expected challenges and achieve success in the chosen verticals. It's a challenge that is faced by today's academic institutions of higher education, to create right skill among students that empowers them to create new avenues and opportunities.
